- Elite: ages 11-17 » Highly developed players in this class will train for at least minimum of 24 -28 hrs/week (Avg. 4 hrs/day + 4-6 hrs/weekend). Training consists of individual drills, group drills, match play, development of mental skills, conditioning and sports performance training.
